增加：在缺少的词处加一个漏字符号(∧)，并在其下面写出该加的词。

删除：把多余的词用斜线(\)划掉。

修改：在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出修改后的词。

注意：1).每处错误及其修改均仅限一词；

2)．只允许修改10处，多者(从第11处起)不计分。

Dear Mr. Brown，

    I am writing to thank you with your kind help. Before you came to teach us, I had not interest in English. My pronunciation was terribly. I could only speak a few words. But one and a half year later, I now think English fun to learn. I got a lot from your encouraging words. I would always remember what you said. “If you try to, you can be No.1！” I hope you'll have a pleasant journey home but will come to China again sometimes in the future, I will write again and send you photos we take together.

    A good teacher is many things to many people. In my own experience, the people I respect most are the teachersdemanded the most discipline from their students.

    I miss one teacher in particular that I had in high school. I think she was a good teacher because she was a very strict person. I remember very  (clear) a sign over her classroom door. It was  simple sign that said, “Laboratory—in this room the first five letters of the word was emphasized, not the last seven. ” In other words, I guess, labor for her was more (importance), which means (make) speeches.

    She prepared her work very carefully and demanded us to do the same. We got lots of homework from her. Once she had broken  (she) arm, and everybody in the class thought that maybe the homework  (reduce), but it continued just the same. She checked our work by stamping her name at the bottom of the papers to show that she had read

    I think sometimes teachers who demand most are（like）least. But time goes by, this discipline really seems to benefit the students.
