Robert went to visit his friends in Paris last weekend. His friends met him at the airport on Friday afternoon and drove him to the hotel. They ate dinner at a Chinese restaurant and went to see a film after that.

Robert and his friends set out early on Saturday morning for a farm and stayed there until Sunday morning. During their stay, they played football in the field and enjoyed a big meal around a camp fire(篝火), singing and dancing till late into the night.

Nobody could get up early on Sunday morning. So when they got back to Paris, it was about three o'clock in the afternoon. They drove right to the airport because Robert didn't want to miss his plane back home. Robert only stayed in Paris for two nights but he had a great time with his friends.

Henry was an office worker in a big city. . One year he saw an advertisement in a newspaper. "Enjoy country life. Good food. Fresh air. Horse riding. Walking. Fishing. Cheap and interesting."

"he thought." I'll spend a month at West Hill Farm. I think I can enjoy horse riding, walking and fishing. "On the first of July，he left for West Hill Farm.

But four days later, he returned home.

His best friend, Ed, asked him." . Didn't you enjoy country life?"

"Country life was very good," Henry said. "But there was another problem. The first day 1 was there a sheep died, and we had roast mutton for dinner. The second day a cow died, and we had roast beef for diner. On the fourth day the farmer died, and I didn't dare(敢) to stay for dinner!"

In the summer of 2020, I took a1to Qinhuangdao. It was excellent.

To save2 , we went there by plane. It only3us two hours to get there. When we4 there, it was about 11 o'clock in the morning. First we took a taxi to the5. After a short rest, we had lunch in a restaurant near the hotel. The food was6and delicious. We enjoyed it very much. In the afternoon, the weather was7 and hot. We went to the beach(海滩). There were many people there. We lay(躺) on the beach and8the sunshine. It was really relaxing. Well, the best thing was that I9some new friends on the beach. That made me very happy.

Qinhuangdao is really a good place to10. I want to visit it again next year.

We went on a school trip to New York. We had good time. There (be) twenty four students and three teachers. It was a five day trip, and we many photos.

We stayed a hotel and six people had one room. We often had our meals out of the hotel- there were a number of (restaurant) nearby. We went around the city, and we were (real) given quite a lot of freedom (自由).So long as(只要) we were back to our rooms by 10 p. m., we could go we wanted to. I was (surprise) at how safe I felt walking around New York in small groups. My friends and 1 enjoyed (we) on the trip.

I hope (visit) New York again!
