The most positive (乐观的) person I have ever seen is may dad! He is so positive that I do not1hearing a single word from him which is related (相关的) to hopelessness!

Unlike most mums and dads, my dad never says things that make me feel2He is always there to give me encouragement and help. 3I do wrong things, he always tells me what's right in a positive way. For example, if I am in4he often tells me to open the books he bought me. Then he asks me to read the5that can help me with the problems I'm facing. After that, we have a6together.

Even though I'm not always a good kid, my dad7shouts or gets angry with me. I know that he's8—a day when I grow up and understand things in my life.

I can see the reason that he is so positive is because he believes in9And he believes that whatever10, it is under control. So we have nothing to worry about. Be positive!

Better Time for Teenagers to Keep Healthy

American people like to say "Thank you" when others help them or say something kind to them. People in many countries do so, too. It is a very good habit.

You should say "Thank you" when someone passes you the salt on the table,  when someone walking ahead of you keeps the door open for you, when someone says you have done your work well, or you have bought a nice thing, or your city is very beautiful. "Thank you" is used not only between friends, but also between parents and children, brothers and sisters.

"Excuse me" is another short sentence they use. When you hear someone say so behind you, you know that someone wants to walk past you without touching you. It's not polite to break others when they are talking. If you want to speak to one of them, say "Excuse me" first, and then begin talking. You should also do so when you begin to cough or make any noise before others.

Let's learn to say "Thank you" and "Excuse me".

Mrs. Green was eighty, and she had a small car. She alwaysto the shops in it on Saturdays and bought some food.

She did not drive fast  she was so old, but she drove well and never hit anything. Sometimes her grandchildren said to her," don't drive your car, grandma. We can take you to the shops." But she always said," No, I like . I've driven for fifty years, and I'm not going to stop now."

Last Saturday she stopped her car at some lights because they were red, and then it did not start again. The lights were green, then, then red, then green again, but her cardid not start.

"What should I do now?" She said to .Just then a policeman came and said to her  , "Good morning. Don't you like  of our traffic colours today?"
