Sports in secondary schools

    All pupils in the UK have. PE at school until they are 16. At school, football is (popular) than any other sport, played by girls and boys. Here is pupils think about sports.

    My favourite at school is PE. I like team sports, (especial) basketball. I pay the school team on Saturdays. (Blake, 15)

    I like dancing in the gym, I hate doing sports outside in winter when the weather is cold and wet. (Megan, 14)

    We all disliked our school PE kit. The T-shirt and shorts were so old-fashioned! So our school had a competition to design a new PE kit and my design (win) first prize! (Ella, 15)

    Jogging is good for us and helps us live longer and have a healthier life. It's easy to do and free. You do not have to spend money jogging. You can do it in a park or even in your home. But many people find it boring after jogging for a while. Then how can we keep jogging fun? Here are some ideas to make your jogging more interesting.

    First, you should choose to wear your favourite sports clothes and shoes when you jog. They make you more comfortable and more likely to run.

    Always jog outdoors(在户外). By changing your route and choose another street, you will always have something interesting to enjoy when you jog.

    Take along your MP3 player and listen to your favourite songs when you jog. The music can make you excited and run farther without feeling bored.

    It's always more enjoyable with a friend. Make friends while jogging. Join a running club, or invite an old friend to go jogging. It's better to find a friend who runs a little faster than you. Then you can try to catch up with him or her.

    The computer lab is just on theof the main entrance. You can enter computers by putting into theof your student ID card. There arecopy machines in the library. The circulation desk on the left of the main entrance is a place to borrow and return books from general stacks. The reading area is in the middle of the library. A water fountain is between theand the cellphone area. They're all on the right.
