A day at camp
This
morning I went to camp. The bus came to pick me up. I said goodbye to Mom.
First, we learned how to tie knots (打结). I tried really hard, but the rope was
too long. I'll use a short rope next time.
Then
we walked down the trail (小径), but we got lost. I'll be careful next time.
At
lunchtime, we had a picnic, but there was nothing in my lunch bag. Gator gave
some of his lunch to me. I'll bring my lunchbox next time.
In the afternoon, we went
fishing. I caught a fish that was very big, but it got away. I'll use a fishing
net next time.
After
that, I used the earth on the beach to make a bottle for my mom. At four
o'clock, it was time to go home. Mom met me at the bus stop. She loved her
bottle. I told her I couldn't wait to go to camp again!
