Hello. I'm Rick. I'm a student in No. 2 Middle School. Today is Saturday. I can stay in bed late. Usually I get up at six on weekdays, but at eight on weekends. Then I take a shower, brush my teeth and wash my face. At 8:30, I have breakfast. I eat bread and eggs and drink a cup of milk. They are healthy food.

After that, I go to the park and do sports. I play basketball with my brother. He can play it well. After that, l go back home with my brother, and we watch TV together.

l have lunch with my brother in a diner(小餐馆)at half past eleven, because my parents don't comeback home from work on weekends. And then I do my homework on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Sometimes I go out with my brother. I like drawing pictures on Sunday afternoon in the open air with my brother. It's good to enjoy the nature.

On Sunday evening, I always ride a bike after supper with my brother. That's very cool. I can see the tall trees, the clear sky and bright lights. I enjoy the beautiful night streets. Finally, I go to bed at around a quarter to ten. What a happy weekend!

Oscar has two brothers, Oliver and Andy, and sister, Nancy. Oscar's mother (get) up at five thirty. She (take) a shower and then she eats breakfast six o'clock. Oscar and Nancy get up at six thirty, . Oliver and Andy get up at eight thirty. Oscar and Nancy take (shower) in the morning, but Oliver and Andy don't. Oscar, his mother, Oliver and Andy watch TV the evening. Nancy (do) her homework or listens to music.

Then she goes to bed (early). Not all the family members have healthy (habit).

"Please, Mom, sit down and let me help you," says Fred Lis some, a twelve-year-old boy. Mrs. Lissome, looking pale (苍白的）and1, is moving weakly about, trying to wash the 2after breakfast.
