Tea is a kind of traditional drink in China, like coffee i western countries. There are  (difference)kinds of tea. One of the most ([ˈpɒpjʊlə ])kinds is black tea. It's dark in color and strong in taste. Many people in Europe like black tea. Many of them drink it milk and sugar. Green tea is avery popular. It is not as ([swi:t])as black tea. Many people in China and Japan like green tea very much.

    Many Chinese drink tea every day. They think drinking tea can help them keep (health). And Chinese often tea to serve their friends. It's easy to make tea. First put the tea (leaf) into the teapot and pour hot water into it. Then wait several (['mɪnɪts]) for the tea to be ready. Finally pour the tea into the tea cup and (enjoy) it. To make good tea, we should also use good tea leaves. The most popular tea leaves in China are Longjing, Tieguanyin and Maojian.

    One day in April, a special activity called" Food Street" was held on the playground at Railway No. 1 Middle School in Xi'an.

    This activity was part of the English Art Festival in the school. The students in each class were divided(被划分) into some groups. Each group sold different kinds of foods. The students did the shopping and the cooking all by themselves. The students cooked delicious food such as fried chicken, potato chips and vegetables. They all worked hard and sold the food at low prices. The customers(顾客) were all students, teachers and parents. They were all pleased with the nice food.

    "It's really hard work," said one of the students who took part in the activity." We must make a plan before the cooking. We must know how much we should spend on the things we need. Also, we must learn how to serve customers well."
