          Once upon a time, there was a lazy poor living in a small house with spider webs(蜘蛛网) on the walls and mice running around. People 1 coming into such a dirty place and the poor man was lonely and sad every day. He thought it was poverty(贫困) that 2 his unhappy life.

You're probably feeling excited and maybe a little sad that summer is over. Some kids feel nervous or a little scared on the first day of school because of all the new things: new teachers, new friends, and even a new school. Luckily, these “new” worries only stick around for a little while.

On your first day, most teacher start the school year by introducing themselves and talking about all the things you'll do that year. Maybe you'll have a chance to tell something about yourselves to the others of the class. The most important thing for you is to learn new rules and follow them. After all, rules can make the school life better. Besides, the most exciting thing for you is to meet more new friends in a new place.      1 Rest at weekends: Weekends are time for a rest. After a week's hard work, weekends are the best time for you to relax yourself. Having a nice lie-in(睡懒觉) is a good idea. Besides, good sleep makes sure of your study.

     2 Cry out : If you feel sad, don't try to hide your feelings.  Crying out may  help  reduce(减少) your sadness.

     3 Keep a diary: You can write down all that you want to say. That's a great way to think about and remember life. You can do it on paper or on computers.

     4 Enjoy a big meal: It's not a good idea for a kid to lose weight, so you don't need to eat less food. When you feel upset, enjoy a big meal. Eating delicious food will make you feel good.

     5 Join in activities: Having a get-together(聚会) is great fun. Going out with friends for a trip will make you happy. And it will also bring you a good sleep.
