A few years ago, my husband and I were on an island for a long weekend with our two daughters. As we wondered about what to do1, our girls jumped in and told us exactly what they wanted to do."2want to go to the butterfly museum," said Ariela and Eliana.

    As soon as we3into the main area of the museum, we saw thousands of4butterflies, all flapping(拍打) their colourful wings.

    My girls were5up and down, and I knew we had made the right6to come to the museum. They were having so much fun.

    I7to our museum tour guide because I was curious(好奇的), and asked,"8do butterflies live? "She said, "For about ten days." "What can butterflies do9ten days?" I asked. The guide stopped, looked at me and said, "They make the world10more beautiful place." "Wow," I said, "I never thought about butterflies like that. Thank you."

    After we said goodbye, I11stop thinking about what the guide had said. She was right. We all have12to offer the world with the time we have.13we focus our gifts on taking care of each other every day, we can make a14.

    Australia is one of the largest island countries in the world It is a little smaller than China. It is in the south of the earth Australia is big, but its population is small. The population of Australia is nearly as large as that of Shanghai.

    Enough laws have been made to fight against pollution. The cities in Australia have got little air or water pollution. The sky is blue and the water is clean. You can clearly see fish swimming in the rivers. Plants grow very well too.

    Last month we visited Perth, the biggest city in Western Australia, and went to a wild flower exhibition. There we saw a large number of wild flowers we had never seen before we had a wonderful time, Perth is famous for its beautiful wild flowers. In spring, Perth has the wild flower exhibition. After visiting Perth, we spent a day in the countryside. We sat down and had a rest near a path at the foot of a hill. It was quiet and we enjoyed ourselves. Suddenly we heard bells ringing at the top of the hill. What we saw made us pick up all our things and run back to the car as quickly as we could. There were about three hundred sheep coming towards us down the path.

    Australia is famous for its sheep and kangaroos. After a short drive from any town, you will find yourself in the middle of the white sheep. Sheep, sheep, everywhere are sheep.

    France is well-known for its fine art, tasty food and romantic scenery  (风景). About 75 million visitors come here every year.

    France is the largest country in Western Europe. It has a population of over 66 million. The country is home to many famous places of interest like the River Seine as well as the Eiffel Tower,

    Many visitors also come for the country's art. Sculptor(雕刻家) Auguste Rodin and painter Claude Monet once created their great works here. If you visit France today, it is not a surprise to meet street artists in the city or come across a singer in the subway.

    No visit to Paris is complete without a trip to Louvre, one of the largest and most famous museums in the world. Inside, there are about 400, 000 works of art, such as the painting Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci and the statue. Darid by Michelangelo. It will take a few months to enjoy all the pieces.

    Besides, French food is world-famous. Bread is very important in France. The best-known French bread is called baguette(法棍面包). It is long, delicious and tastes salty. Snails(蜗牛) are also a must-have here, French people eat 40,000 tons of snails every year!

    But France is not always good. Paris, the city of light, may also show its dark side to visitors. Chinese visitors feel sorry about the crowded subway in Paris.
