Not only adults but also teenagers have problems in their life. Here is  survey showing the main problems of teenagers.

    They feel stressed because they have too much homework to do  at school and at home. They have lots of exams  (take). And parents usually send them to different classes at weekends.  a result, many of them almost become bookworms(书虫). On most  (holiday), they could hardly have their own time to do the things  they are interested in. Now more and more teenagers  (get) short-sighted(近视).

    They often read in bed or keep  (read) for a long time without having a rest. Some of them are crazy about playing computer games. Some watch TV too much. Another serious problem among teenagers is that many of them are becoming fat  (easy). They eat too much junk food,  they take little exercise. I think teenagers should think of ways to deal with the problems. They should make a plan for study and hobbies and find time to relax as much as possible.

    Going for a walk through the forest is my favourite part of a day. Benji loves it, too. There are rabbits to run after and flowers to smell. Benji is my dog, by the way, and I'm Grace.

    I live on a farm with my parents and I take Benji for a walk most days after school. Dad doesn't think it is a good idea for me to wark through the forest. "Don't talk to strangers," he often says. Though the truth is that there's almost no one here, just me, Benji and lots of rabbits and birds.

    One day, while Benji ran ahead, I stopped and took a photo of a beautiful butterfly that rested on a flower. A new Facebook photo? Maybe, but my friends at school usually tease me with the nickname "Nature Girl", so perhaps not. After putting my phone away, I heard Benji barking along the path. Benji usually barks to say hello, and he wouldn't hurt anyone. But of course, other people don't know that. Benji was barking and jumping round a boy. He was holding some wood in his arms and looked worried.

    "Benji, stop! Come here!" I shouted. I reached into my bag for Benji's ball. I was about to say sorry to the boy, but he had gone.

    In the past, when people had problems, they usually went to their families or friends to get advice. Today it is possible to get advice from radio shows, TV programmes and telephone hot lines. A hot line is a telephone line. It offers a direct way of getting in touch with advisers. Most hot lines are completely anonymous. That is to say, callers do not have to say their names or telephone numbers. Most hot lines are free. Callers do not have to pay for the advice or the phone calls. At some hot lines, the advisers are volunteers. Other hot lines pay their advisers for their work. Usually the advisers are full-time-job people with years of education and experience, but sometimes, the advisers have only taken a short class before starting to work on the hot line. All the advisers listen to people and help them solve their problems.

Suggestions

A. Let your parents know you will not be alone. Also, you can ask a teacher to talk to your parents about the after-school activities.

B. Don't worry.  Even great piano players have to practice. Hard work and a lot of practice are the only ways to become a good piano player.

C. When you feel angry you should stop talking and count to ten or walk away until you keep quiet.

D. Don't worry. Everybody worries about their school work, even those students like you who study well. Find a hobby or a sport to help you relax for a while.

E. Tell your parents that many kids play computer games and do well at school, too. Ask them to let you play computer games for a short time on weekends.

Problems

⑴Sometimes I get angry easily and shout at my friends. That makes them think I'm not being friendly to them.

⑵In my teachers' eyes, I am a good student. Both my classmates and my parents also think so. No one knows what my problem is. I often feel worried about my school work.

⑶My parents never allow me to play computer games at all. They want me to study all day and do well in my exams. I feel unhappy.

⑷I want to join in some after-school activities, but my parents think it's too dangerous and don't allow me to go out along.

⑸My mother gets me to take piano lessons. She makes it a rule that I must practice two hours a day. I really try my best, but I just can't play well.
