In the year 2050, there will be different kinds of materials (材料) for clothes. Special materials will keep the clothes clean forever. They will never get dirty. We will have less housework because we won't have to wash them. So we can save water and money. And children won't worry about what to wear to school every day. They won't go to school. They'll stay at home in front of their computers to study. They can wear their favorite "Saturday clothes" every day. It will be fun. Do you think so? What do you think school clothes and school life will be like in 2050？

    Life in the future will be very different from life today. Between then and now many changes will take place, but what will the changes be?

    The population is growing fast. There will be a large number of people in the world and most of them will live longer than people now.

    Computers will be much smaller and more useful, and there will be at least one in every home. And computer studies will be one of the most important subjects in schools then.

    People will work fewer hours and they will have more free time for sports, watching TV and traveling. Traveling will be much easier and cheaper. And more people will go to other countries for holidays.

    There will be changes in our food, too. Maybe no one will eat meat every day. Instead they will eat more fruits and vegetables. People will be much healthier.

    Work in the future will be different, too. Dangerous and hard work can be done by robots. Because of this, many people will not have enough work to do. This will be a problem.

    Ten years later, I will be 23 years old. By that time, our city will be a good living place. Almost every family will have one or two (汽车). So the (交通) will be very (沉重的). People will use (机器) to work every day. It will be (容易的) for people to work. The restaurants will have (机器人) waiters (服务员) to bring you food. And the food will be very (便宜的). People will have long holidays. So they will be (能够的) to fly (到处). In a word, the way people live will (改变)a lot in the future.
