    When Helen was in the grade, she joined the city competition. She practiced dancing five hours every day and her dancing teacher came four times a week to help her. Then the big day finally .She was so nervous when they called her name. She went up and started to dance. she was dancing, everyone sat quietly and watched carefully. She danced making any mistakes. Then she waited for them to called out the of the competition. When she heard her name, her heart was beating so that she thought she would stop breathing. She believe it. She the first place in the city dancing competition. It was the happiest day of her life.

Mary: I called you at 7:00 last night and you didn't pick up.?

Jack: Oh, I was helping my mom in the kitchen.
