      Different countries have different food, such as French fries, Italian pizza and so on. In China, fast food is becoming more and more popular these days. For example, McDonald's and KFC. Why do Chinese people like fast food so much? There are many reasons. First, it is quick. It takes little time. Second, it is easy to carry. Third, people like the restaurant's relaxing environment and American style. Though it tastes good, fast food generally contains little nutrition (营养). If you want to have a healthy body, do not go to fast food restaurants too often. Eat more fruit and vegetables.

     To many people, American food means , hot dogs and fried chicken. If you like sweet (甜的) , you may even think of apple pies (苹果派) or chocolate cookies (曲奇饼干). It's true that Americans often hese things.

     It's hard to find another traditional American food except (除.....之外) Thanksgiving  . The United States is a land of people who come from countries.  When the people come to America, they their cooking styles with them, too. So in America you can find other countries' . For example, they Italian pizzas, Mexican tacos and Chinese egg rolls. However, these foods in American aren't quite the original (原先的) ones in other countries.
