I am off on a trip on my own. I can't wait to go to Europe to see some cities. It is great because I can choose what I want to do in each city.

The train on the European rail was very fast and the views of the countryside were amazing. Now I'm in Sandburg, Austria. The quiet hills of Austria are a great place to relax. The movie The Sound of Music was filmed around this arc a. Mozart, the famous musician, was from here. I listened to some of his classical music.

The train ride to Amsterdam was a long one. It gave me time to write some postcards to send back home. Amsterdam is a fun city, full of friendly locals and many tourists. I spent the whole day visiting the art museums here. The museum about the famous Dutch artist Van Gogh is filled with history and beautiful art. I took a boat ride and saw local people in the traditional dress. I even got to taste some delicious Dutch cheese.

Copenhagen, Denmark, is one of the safest places in the world. I spent a busy and nice day at the Tivoli Amusement Park. It is a huge park which even has concerts and dance shows. Hans Christian Andersen, a famous writer of children's books, was born in this city. I found a lovely bookshop and bought two of his fairy tale books, The Little Mermaid and The Ugly Duckling.

China is a great country. It has many colourful days and (节日). The Dragon Head-Raising Day is one of them. This special day is on the the second day of the second (月) in Chinese lunar calendar(农历).

The dragon is very (重要的) in China. We Chinese people call (我们自己) the "descendants (传人) of the dragon". So people (庆祝）the Dragon Head-Raising Day with many customs about dragons. On the day in (古代的) times, people put ashes(灰)in the kitchen to lead the dragon into their house. People (相信) that with the help of the dragon, they could have a good harvest(收获) in (秋天).

Today, many customs have disappeared. But one that has (遗留)is the haircut. It is said that a haircut (在……期间)this time may bring good luck to a family. So many people have their hair cut on the Dragon Head-Raising Day.

At the Green Free School in Copenhagen, Denmark, education is all about sustainability(可持续性). There are no desk, no blackboards and no tests. Students spend much of their time studying outdoors.

A group of 12 children are sitting in a circle when the bell rings. Instead of rushing to their next class, the children close their eyes. "Raise your hand when you can no longer hear a sound," says their teacher, holding a pair of bronze cymbals. One by one, their hands go up.

"I've always learned how to be around the world in a respectful(尊重的)way. To me, it's important to create a school that would think about the green transition (过渡) we are going through," says Phie Ambo, who started the school in 2014.

Now there're about 200 students at the school. According to Ambo, some parents come because of the green transition. And some come because it's a small school and they want a closer relation to the whole school society." In Denmark we have some super schools with thousands of children and a lot of people aren't comfortable with this," Ambo explains.

The school not only serves healthy food, but it allows kids to bring whatever they want to eat. "It's to show our kids that making the whole green transition can be fun and nice and it's not about not doing things," Ambo says. "We're all taking the first steps and learning from each other."

In China, the Spring Festival is the most important festival. It falls the first day of the first lunar month.

Before the Spring Festival comes, people go out (buy) things, as meat, chicken, fish, fruit, sweets and new clothes. They clean their houses and decorate (装饰) them. The Chinese character fu is a must. It is (usual) stuck (贴) upside down, which means fu comes.

The celebrations begin on the eve of the lunar New Year. The family get together for a big dinner. If a person is far home, he will always try to get home for this big dinner. After the dinner, the whole family will sit together, chatting and watching TV.

During the holidays, they go to visit relatives and (friend) and exchange New Year greetings. They sit around (talk) and eating candies, cakes and all kinds of delicious foods. Every family prepares something special. Each child will get money a New Year gift. People in the north of China often eat dumplings for breakfast. People in the south often eat niangao because niangao means (high) and higher one year after another.

The celebrations last 15 days. They will come to end when the Lantern Festival is over.
