When Chase and Vance discovered a bin of books, knowing Some people had no books, the two friends set out to solve both problems. After learning about the amount of wood needed to create a book, they started a program allied read repeat. They successfully collected over 25, 000 books in six months and sent them to community members in need.

Megan, a 12th-grader, was disappointed in the short videos on the environment. So, she started a weekly YouTube channel (频道), Greenversal, Since then, she has reached viewers (观众) from over 100 countries around the world. Viewers are using the channel in creative ways. A teacher even uses Megan's news reports in class.

When 6th grader Aryan and his brother Om realized how many used pencils were left over each year, they began thinking about the number of trees cut down to make those pencils. After learning that all parts of a wooden pencil can be recycled, they started a project REVIVE Go Green to encourage people to get into a habit of reusing and recycling.

A group of 1st through 5th graders started "Food Waste Club" in their school to help reduce food waste. They created an untouched food bin", where students could place untouched fruit and vegetables to be washed and used for lunch the next day. They also prepared a video about food waste in the lunch room, which was put on the school website.
