Simon is going to see Daming in three weeks. Simon's dad is going to put another bed in Simon's room. Simon's mum bought new T-shirts for Daming. Simon's dad read a book about Chinese history. He is going to ask Daming some questions. They borrowed a bike for Daming. Simon wants Daming to bring some CDs of Chinese songs.

Better late than Never

John was a very busy man. He always forgot his family's birthday. Yesterday afternoon he remembered it was his wife's birthday. He loved his wife. He wanted to give a present to her. On his way home from his office he bought some flowers in a shop.

When John got home, he gave the present to his wife and said, "Happy birthday to you, dear! It's September 28 today. I think it's your birthday."

John said laughingly, "My birthday was the day before yesterday. But thank you all the same. Better late than never."
