How are you?It was a happy holiday for me. I went to Taiwan, China with my aunt this holiday. We went to Taipei by plane on July 9th. We went to visit some interesting places in the city on the second day. The next day, we went to Sun Moon Lake. It is a pretty place. It is famous for the pond and the mountains. I took many photos there. On the fourth day, my aunt and I went to enjoy the seafood. It was so delicious. I want to eat the food every day. On the fifth day, it was time to say goodbye to Taiwan. I know I will go there next time.

There's an old saying-Eyes are the windows to the soul（心灵）. Eyes are friends. It is very important to take good care of（照看好）our eyes. When we read or write, we should keep our eyes 30 cm away from the book. When we watch TV, we should keep a bright light in the room, and cannot read in bed or in the sun. When we use computers, we should make the screen（屏幕）lower than our eyes, and do not stare at（盯着）it too long.

To protect（保护）our eyes, we should eat some meat, fish, carrots, eggs and drink some milk. They are good for our eyes. And keep doing eye exercises every day.
