    It was 2nd January, 2014. It was Jenny's birthday. She was fourteen. She was tall and pretty. She was at junior high school. Her favourite subject was science.

    Sam's father and mother are both teachers. They work in the same school. They go to the school by car every day. They leave home at seven o'clock in the morning and they get back at five o'clock in the afternoon. Sam and his sister are students. They study in different schools. Sam is in No.1 Junior High School. He is good at Chinese and English. He likes playing football. His sister is in No. 4 Primary School. She likes Maths and Music. She can sing and dance well. They get back home after five. Then they do their homework. After that, they often watch TV. They go to bed at ten.
