Last Saturday was Linda's birthday. Betty, Li Ping and I went to her home to have lunch. We bought some gifts for her. I bought a new doll for her. Betty bought a birthday cake for her. Li Ping bought a box of crayons for her. We ate some delicious food in her home. Then we watched TV at 2:00 in the afternoon. At 4 o'clock we went to the park to fly a kite. We had fun that day. We all said "Happy birthday." to Linda. Linda was so happy.

It was a sunny day last Sunday. Tom got up at 6:30 in the morning. He had breakfast at seven fifteen. He ate a hot dog and drank some milk for breakfast. Then he did his homework at eight o'clock. He played on the computer at ten thirty. At 12: 00 he ate some dumplings and drank some soup for lunch. At one in the afternoon he went to the zoo to see the animals with his friend Jim. Then they went to the cinema to see a film. He went home at six. He was tired but happy last Sunday.
