The Spring Festival comes after New Year's Day. It's in January or February. It's the Chinese New Year's Day. The Spring Festival is the biggest festival in China. All of the Chinese like this festival. When it comes, people are busy. They clean the windows, doors and floors. And they go to the shops to buy new clothes and food. On the eve of the festival(除夕夜), everyone comes back home from other places. They have a big dinner together. They eat delicious dumplings. Some people have a party. They sing, dance and have a good time.

Sunday October 6^th Sunny

Food is very important(重要的). It makes us strong and healthy. Our schools lunch menu(菜单) is really great. It's a Rainbow Menu.

Monday is a red day. We have apples, tomatoes and pork.

Tuesday is an orange day. We have oranges, carrots and beef.

Wednesday is a yellow day. We have bananas, potatoes and chicken.

Thursday is a green day. We have cucumbers, green beans and fish.

Friday is a purple day. We have grapes, onions and seaweed meat roll.

On Saturday and Sunday, l have lunch at home. In my family, my dad likes beef. My mum's favourite food is vegetables. I like vegetables but not carrots. And we all like Chinese noodles. They're so delicious! We don't like junk food. They are not healthy.
