Bob thought that he was very clever. He thought that no one could fool (欺骗) him because he too clever. One day he to Dick, the man who was watching at the gate, "You fool me, Dick. You too foolish!"

    " here by this gate," answered Dick. "I find a way to fool you." Then he went home.

    "Why are you standing here?" he Bob.

    "I am for Dick," answered Bob. "He is going to try to fool me."

    "Dick gone home," said the young man. "He has already fooled you!"

    Thanks for your letter. It's always nice to hear from you.

    Today is the last day of my exams. The math exam is very difficult, but the other exams are easy. I'm waiting for the holidays now, and I'm very anxious (渴望) to see you and to be with you again.

    I'm going to spend my Christmas and New Year holiday in New York with my sister.

    Right now I'm going to go downtown. I'm going to shop for Christmas gifts. I'm excited about Christmas, and about seeing you again.
